DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT Account Deletion Instructions ⚠️ WARNING: THIS ACTION IS PERMANENT Account deletion cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days. WHAT WILL BE DELETED • Personal Information (name, email, phone) • All Saved Vehicles • Service History • Payment Methods • Chat Messages • Uploaded Photos HOW TO DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT (IN-APP) 1. Open the PalehuiGo app on your device 2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon or your profile) 3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account" 4. Review the information about what will be deleted 5. Type "DELETE" to confirm your intent 6. Enter your password to verify your identity 7. Tap "Delete Account" to complete the process ALTERNATIVE: EMAIL REQUEST If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email: 1. Send an email to palehuia@palehui.shop 2. Subject line: "Account Deletion Request" 3. Include the email address associated with your account 4. We will verify your identity and process the request within 48 hours IMPORTANT NOTES • If you have active jobs or pending payments, please complete or cancel them first • Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request • You will not be able to recover your account after deletion • If you signed up with Apple Sign-In, you may also want to revoke access in your Apple ID settings NEED HELP?
