Terms of Use (EULA) and Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the PalehuiGo mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (EULA) and Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

PalehuiGo is an automotive services marketplace that connects customers (“Clients”) with independent service providers (“Contractors”) for services such as:

  • Vehicle Detailing

  • Tire Services

  • Mobile Refueling

  • Oil Changes

  • Battery Services

  • Locksmith Services

  • Towing

  • Glass Repair

  • Vehicle Inspections

PalehuiGo facilitates discovery, communication, scheduling, and service request management. Contractors are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of PalehuiGo. PalehuiGo does not directly perform automotive services.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

Certain features require an account (for example: submitting service requests, messaging, job acceptance, and contractor tools). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials

  • Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account

  • Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

  • Interfere with App operation or security

  • Attempt unauthorized access to any systems or data

5. Payments, Fees, and Pricing

5.1 Estimates vs. Final Price

  • Prices shown in the App may be estimates unless stated otherwise.

  • Final prices may vary based on the actual service requirements, vehicle condition, location, and time.

  • Any final price is presented for Client review before payment is completed, where applicable.

5.2 Marketplace Payments for Services (Client-to-Contractor)

PalehuiGo’s marketplace is designed for services performed in the real world by independent Contractors. When marketplace payments are enabled, payment processing may be handled through secure third-party payment providers. PalehuiGo may charge a service/platform fee for facilitating marketplace transactions.

5.3 Contractor Plans (In-App Purchases)

Certain Contractor features may be offered through in-app purchases, including auto-renewable subscriptions and/or non-renewing purchases (such as Lifetime access). These purchases unlock digital features inside the App (for example: higher monthly job limits, visibility, and contractor tools).

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions (Contractor Plans)

If you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.

  • If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Current Contractor plans may include:

  • Standard (Monthly) — $5.99

  • Gold (Monthly) — $12.99

  • Elite (Monthly) — $49.99

  • Lifetime — $222 (non-renewing)

Pricing may vary by region and may be displayed in the App at the time of purchase.

6. Cancellations, No-Shows, and Fees

Unless otherwise specified in the App for a particular service:

  • Free cancellation: up to 2 hours before scheduled service

  • 50% charge: cancellations within 2 hours of scheduled service

  • Full charge: no-shows or cancellations after provider arrival (when applicable)

Additional terms may apply depending on the service type, location, and contractor policies presented in the App.

7. Refunds

Refunds for in-app purchases (including subscriptions) are handled according to Apple’s policies and processes. For marketplace service disputes (when enabled), dispute handling may depend on the service type and the payment provider’s rules.

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. PALEHUIGO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, TIMELINESS, OR LEGALITY OF SERVICES PROVIDED BY INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PalehuiGo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the App

  • Services performed (or not performed) by Contractors

  • Actions or omissions of third parties

10. Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice within the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
