FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How do I book a service? Open the PalehuiGo app, select your vehicle, choose a service category, pick a provider, and schedule your appointment. How do I cancel a booking? Go to your bookings in the app and select the booking you want to cancel. Free cancellation is available up to 2 hours before your scheduled service. How do payments work? All payments are processed securely through the app. You can add credit/debit cards or other payment methods in your account settings. How do I become a service provider? Contact us at palehuia@palehui.shop with your business information and we will guide you through the onboarding process. How do I delete my account? Go to Settings > Delete Account in the app. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. How do I request a refund?
